6 month fixed term contract with the potential to move to a permanent role



The successful candidate will support the site manager in the delivery of an air source heat pump scheme. The tenant liaison officer will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating interactions with all customers/occupiers, ensuring clear communications channels at all times to facilitate the deliver of a first class customer experience. The tenant liaison officer will report directly to the site manager.


Qualifications, training & experience: Required

  • NVQ (Level 2 or higher) in a customer care-related discipline
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Current Driving License
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a tenant liaison officer working with a main contractor
  • Experience working within a social housing environment
  • Experiencing of heating replacement works
