The high-quality development comprises of 273 apartments, commercial units, a landscaped courtyard, gymnasium and rooftop communal areas.
The Aberla Energy team designed, supplied and installed 238 solar panels to the scheme, enabling the system to generate 66 kWp of renewable energy, allowing residents and business owners to lower their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint
It is Aberla’s ability to provide a full turnkey solution via their flexible delivery model which separates them from their competitors.
Dr Daniel Strosnider, strategy & sustainability director at Aberla commented, “As specialist installers, we take pride in delivering technologies which enable homes and businesses to become environmentally friendly. This is yet another example of Aberla providing the best turn-key solution you can find in the North-West.”
Installing solar PV on commercial roofs makes economic sense; it reduces carbon emissions, offsets the need to purchase peak time electricity from the grid and puts unused rooftop space to good use. A valuable investment which residents and business owners can reap the benefits from.
